Big thanks to Randy for accepting my challenge to finish my Invisalign update in a half hour time frame when I came in for a new set . I was able to leave the dental office on time and I made it to my daughters last minute doctor appointment on time. Dr. Shapiros staff has been great accommodating my unpredictable schedule conflicts. Thanks again.

When my daughter went there 6 months ago, the service was great. Everyone is nice and the dentist and assistant were very great with my kiddo. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because my daughter had an appointment scheduled for today...which I made arrangements to take her to and I get a call this morning stating that they no longer accept her insurance. I was referred to the boynton location which I was ok with as long as my kiddo was seen then I was told they can only see her on mondays as she is 9. So needless to say as a single parent its unfair because now she cant be seen before school starts. Please be considerate of your clientele and give more notice then same day cancellations. Thank you.

When I first made an appointment, I had a consultation with the dentist. He did not have a great bedside manner. I also discovered that my appointment did not include a cleaning, as I assumed it would (I have never scheduled a dentist appointment without a cleaning; perhaps I should have asked.). I was also at the office longer than expected, even though I asked when I made the appointment if I would be finished in time for a meeting. Most of the staff were not friendly. When I tried to transfer my information to a new dentist, the email I gave them didnt work. Instead of following up, they just forwarded part of the information to me. I did not enjoy my experience.

Best Dentist ever! The staff is so nice and caring! I did my braces with Dr Dari too, and I am so happy!
