The Board of Doctors should take away her license & close this office. Matter of fact, I honestly think she's practising dentistry without a license! As a new patient, I had an appointment for a cleaning and check-up which was fully covered by my insurance. Hygienist took X- Rays of course before cleaning, thereafter, the so called doctor came in and spoke to me regarding my X-Rays, which I was perplexed by her stating that all of my crowns needed replacements (which I have a few) & that I had a lot of cavities. But did not notice my chipped tooth. To my knowledge I have two cavities & a small chipped tooth. Her future plan was to replace ALL of my crowns that did not need replacements and the fillings I needed. She furthert stated she needed to do other things before the fillings could be done, which the simple fillings did not need to wait! I have in my procession her written outrageous dishonest estimate. Thereafter, the hygienist returned stating my cleaning would be an extra $65 dollars, when my first time cleaning was fully covered by my insurance! Needless to say, I told her that I was cancelling my cleaning and that I knew my insurance covered my X-Rays and wanted to walk out of there pronto, but front desk asked if I wanted to wait for the written estimate, which I said I would. Meanwhile, when I asked for a copy of my X-Rays, she replied it would cost $25 dollars, which I then declined my request. I would not return and would honestly with all of my rights, highly NOT RECOMMEND this dishonest dentist, which all she is after is your money and has absolutely no care for the real health of your teeth & gums! NOTE: The day after my above review, this "dentist" replied to my comment, which at the end of her response with sarcasm, wished me LUCK! I want to respond that I don't believe in luck. That what I need and will, is to find an honest and caring dentist that would truly care about my well being and not her/his pocket.

I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Geldres, Js office. The hygienist was very nice and careful, and the girl who went over the financial part of it with me was nice as well. Facility was very clean. I had a great experience and will be coming back.
