        All properties under this "management" are terribly unsanitary. Especially in Central West Palm Beach.

        Put in a request for the regional manager Audrey to give me a call I was told that I would receive a phone call within 48 hours still no phone call. I would really like to get some of my questions and concerns answered. The young lady Yvonne who answers the desk for the contact # on google states she doesn't have the answers to my questions at this point it seems like nobody does and I literally haft to just sit and wait for a call I possibly wont receive regarding my concerns.

        Will not contact you back regarding issues! Do not refund money and do not resolve issues with property! Horrible company ... you’ll never get a deposit back.. they try to charge you for everything even if the apartment is left spotless with brand new blinds and burners for the stove. They take your deposit and then say you owe them more money and put it on your credit
