Just had an Extremely BAD conversation with Capital One representative Louis, a so called, #Fraud and Disputes Manager regarding an account of my End-Stage #Dementia #Guardianship for my mother. It is a #Fraudulent account, which Louis says, they plan to pursue. So when Capital One spends all that money on their High-End and extremely expensive #Celebrity commercials, ( John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson) remember that they have no problem going after the #Assets of an 89 year old woman with #Dimensia in #Hospice for a 30K #Fraud account. I am extremely unhappy!! #elderabuse #AARP Please share. More to come....

Wow what an awesome little cafe! The service was great and drinks were delicious. I got an iced cold brew coffee with vanilla, and my boyfriend got one of the iced tea/lemonade shakers. I loved the vibe and Ill definitely go back to work there!

Emily and Audrey made our morning visits to the cafe amazing. They were so nice and helpful with their recommendations and made the best drinks. It was also awesome we got 50% off since we are capital one card holders. Will definitely be back to see them when we are back in town!

I just opened two personal banking accounts with Capital One last month. This is not a post against the Cafe at Rosemary Square directly, but for Capital One 360 corporate offices specifically. I do think they should at least validate parking, which has cost me between 6 and 12$ every time. After multiple attempts to make a $3000 deposit since February 26, 2022, I called Capital One yesterday evening to determine why my payment to a creditor was declined. I spoke with one of your senior representatives named Sarah who told me my deposit finally posted on March 4th but was on hold until March 9th. She did not give me a reason. Since February 26, I have attempted to make deposits into my 360 personal checking account. Your system prevented me from entering any deposits timely for my projected monthly expenses for March. Sarah told me that was too bad, I should have known to go to Target to make the deposit (that is really what she said). You make it impossible for a customer to make a deposit, then decline payment to a creditor? Does that sound fair to you? When I signed on with Capital One, I was told deposits would post within 24 hours. Sarah told me it was in Capital One's discretion to hold onto deposits arbitrarily. This arbitrary policy has resulted in a payment decline by you to my creditor yesterday. Not only was it not possible to make a deposit since February 26 because of your tech issues, once my deposit was finally acknowledged on March 4th, you have arbitrarily decided to not clear it until March 9th. Which is making payments to my creditors bounce. If you are a virtual bank who has tech issues preventing virtual deposits, then you decide to sit on clearing a manual deposit for five days, that should not result in a decline of payment to a customer's creditors. To the detriment of your customer's reputation and credit history. I asked Sarah for provisional credit due to the tech issues on Capital One's side, to honor this vendor's payment. Her position on behalf of Capital One was essentially this: virtual banking is a luxury not to be relied upon. Which to me is the same as saying Capital One is not not be relied upon by their customers. When your customers have no bricks and mortar office in which to go to secure their accounts, I believe that is a highly questionable and erroneous position. In any event, Sarah refused the courtesy request. I linked all my utilities and personal account payments to my account with Capital One. It took a lot of time and effort to accomplish that. Your senior representatives believe it is acceptable to tell a customer they should know to go to Target when your systems are down? I don't intend to start conducting my personal banking at Target because your systems are down and especially when at the same time, you are declining my payments to my creditors. It will be at further expenditure of time and inconvenience for me to switch over to a new bank and then link that account to my personal monthly bills. So I don't bounce my electric bill due to your tech issues and oxymoronic policies accompanying them, I am not able to change my personal accounts over to my new bank until April. That is the only reason I have not closed them out already. I signed onto Capital One because of your representation you are credit builders. Ironically, you are hurting my credit. Your service is unacceptable and so are your spokespeople who think it's acceptable to tell customers to eat it or leave it. My choice is to leave it.
