        They sold me a phone without a SIM card, sold and applied the wrong screen protector, and forced me into a more expensive plan. I had to go to a corporate location to get everything fixed. Just don't go to this store if possible.

        went into store to switch, when told i was looking to lease an iphone was told thwey dont lease...wanted $1000 each went elsewhere not Metropcs
