Need a quality honest mechanic who charges fair prices and gets the work done fast? Go to "Why go to the Dealer" and see Mark. I bought a used car and it had some problems. The dealer I purchased it from would not help me. I took it to the local Ford dealer and they said I would have to wait two weeks just to get a diagnostic. I found "Why go to the Dealer" on google and called Mark. He said I could just bring it on in. Brought the car to Mark and in about an hour I had answers. The next day I brought the car back and Mark and his crew fixed the problems. Car runs great now. Very nice man and I will definitely be back with my car to "Why go to the Dealer". I have been a raving fan of this place for years and this morning was no different! These guys are so classy and always do a great job. Their pricing is fair, they work quickly and do great work. They have earned a forever customer with me and my husband. Highly recommend.

They are outstanding! Mark diagnosed my issue successfully and repaired it completely. They also found an electrical connector the previous mechanic at the dealer had left disconnected, which caused some of my engine problems. They are careful, professional, listen to my description of the problems attentively and they care about repairing my vehicle completely. Truly, why go to the dealer when I have Mark! I had two cars that I recently had Mark repair. Both of them were fixed right and in a timely manner. One of the car had been to a dealer in town many times in last year before we brought to Mark. Not only did he repair want the dealer keep returning to us only to have a check engine light it is running great again. Not only had the dealer misdiagnosed, they had billed for work not done.
