I had two vehicles worked on in the body shop, a 2018 Cadillac Escalade and 2019 Ford F-150. Each required very detail work and one a custom paint job. I was very happy with the work all the way from the quote to outcome. Special kudos to Justin Powell who was transparent and kept me up today on process. Highly recommend!

I will never come to Ed Morse Collision Center ever again, nor will I let any family or friends even think about taking their car here. Pam at Ed Morse completely screwed me 100 times over. My car had been in a hail storm back in May. It was very difficult to schedule an appointment to get the car looked at. I would call, be told they would call me back, then never got called. Once I was able to get the car in to be water tested, Pam claimed that my sunroof was leaking. She claimed that all the leaks in my car had nothing to do with hail damage, and my insurance company was no longer going to cover the car. She said it would have to be taken to the dealership to be fixed. I take my car to the dealer about two days later and they can’t even open my sunroof. My sunroof was no longer working. I never have ever had an issue with opening my sunroof. Ever. I don’t believe in coincidences. The sunroof didn’t work just two days after being there. My dad calls to ask Pam how many times the sunroof was open. Pam claimed the sunroof was never open. Then how did they diagnose issues with my sunroof? State Farm acquired photos taken by Ed Morse Collision/Pam with the sunroof open. Pam downright lied to my father and our insurance agent. So now my car not only leaked, but my sunroof now needed a new modular and or motor to be able to work again. My insurance won’t fix the leak or the broken sunroof either. Fast forward, we get hit by Hurricane Isaias and get lots of rain. My sunroof was gorilla taped shut to keep water from coming in. After the hurricane, there was an immense amount of water in my car. If the sunroof was sealed off, how did all that water get in my car, in all the areas that I claimed leaked before? We took the car somewhere else, and after a simple water test that Ed Morse Collison initially did, they learned it had absolutely nothing to do with my sunroof. In fact, the damage to my car WAS CAUSED BY HAIL. Pam and the workers at Ed Morse are liars and incompetent. Not only did they somehow screw up my sunroof and lied about it, they gave me completely wrong information about what was wrong with my car. I dealt with trying to figure out what was wrong with my car for 3 months. My car leaked for 3 months. And my sunroof is still broken, because of them. Whatever you do, stay as far away from this place as possible.
UPDATE: Don’t listen to any of the fake propaganda this company is trying to spew out. Terry Leeder doesn’t care at all. If you see below, he responded and claimed to want to “work toward a resolution.” I called him expecting to have a nice conversation. He continually interrupted me not letting me speak, told me he wants me to “cut to the chase”, he was incredibly rude, and he called me a liar. There was no reason for that call. He already doesn’t believe that Ed Morse did anything wrong, and he believes I am a liar. He hung up on me several times and told me to shut up. This place is a disgrace. They are rude, unprofessional, their work is poor, and they are trying to cover up the fact that they ruined my sunroof. I will make sure that no friend, family, or acquaintance of mine ever considers this excuse for a body shop. I BEG OF YOU NOT TO MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TAKING YOUR CAR HERE! Service: Water leak repair
