Thank God for Latitude Heating & Air Conditioning Service. For two seasons, I had issues with my furnace-countless techs from various companies couldn't resolve it. They diagnosed, fixed it, it's been working great ever since! Thank God! Ernie, the service manager, is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Great customer service at the office and the field. Can't say enough good things about them. Yes, I recommend it.

Jeff from Latitude Heating & Air Conditioning Service came to see why our system was blowing cold air rather than heat. He inspected the whole system including ducts. Our main problem had more to do with the thermostat setting rather than the system. However, upon inspecting ducts he suggested replacing our duct system. We now have a plan in lace and a date to replace our docs and increase the amount of cold air return for better performance of our unit. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He is fortunate to have him as an employee .

This is a great company to deal with!! It was my first time using them and I was very pleased and satisfied with their service. Very professional and punctual. They were also easy to schedule an appointment with. They were great professionalism and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Great service and professionalism! Latitude Heating & Air Conditioning Service guys came right on time, took my old unit away and installed the new one in a smooth process, resolving the challenges posed by the project knowledgeably, though it was not an easy replacement. I called these guys with a problem with my unit AC unit. They sent out a technician immediately to help us.He was thorough with his inspection and fixed the problem right away. He went beyond my expectations and I was very impressed. I will definitely recommend them.
