I have worked with the firm since 2007. We have been faced with all sorts of business challenges from raising capital, both domestic and international, fixing a problem at the IRS (caused by a simple mistake on our part), dealing with capitalization tables, and of course normal accounting topics. Mike Nalezyty has been our main person we have worked with. The compliment for him and the rest of the company is long overdue.
