Yes, our precious community college did just that, Yelpers! See, the Cubans in Miami have brought some fine skills and they've toned them here and taught the little pawns of Miami to follow their footsteps right at this little Miami International Chess Academy.Sounds lofty? Well, okay, I'll admit a few things. Their magnificent and highly exalted hub is a tiny, clean and nicely organized barebone facility stocked with trophies being rented out of a huge building. But don't let that stop you from coming here - they offer classes, camps, games, and there's even a little store for people who can't just go in, take one of the tables and play chess just because they suck at it (you know who those people are)!Anyways... this is proof that the intellectual prowess of Chess and the community of Miami can blend nicely together.NOTE: You can always go to the World Chess Hall of Fame also in Miami at:13755 Southwest 119th AvenueMiami, FL  33186(786) 242-4255chessmuseum.org
