They let my insurance expire on my house without reaching out to me or giving me an alternate insurance, then it took them around a month to write me an insurance policy. During this time they asked me to do a bunch of stuff and I did all, and now the new insurance company cancelled my insurance again because of a mistake they did on the paperwork. They never responded to the insurance company
I called them more than 7 times; they always say theyre busy and they promise they will call back and they never do.
On the top of that they are very rude, they dont know how to talk to people.
Now my insurance is cancelled again and I have to pay $1059 extra to get insurance. Its really sad to know you give them your business for more than 15 years and they do this.they knew my policy was cancelled for a while and they promised to fix the problem. Its been 10 days with no insurance and still havent heard from them. I think they dont care so Im taking my business somewhere else.

Called at 4:50 pm they close at 5:00pm I just needed a quote on insurance, I know takes less than 10 mins for a quote. I've been with them for 14 years and act like they don't want business. I'll call someone who's willing to help and stay a few mins after to do what it takes for the long time comstumers.
