I called this place because I needed to switch insurance companies. A woman asked me about the type of vehicle I had, and then she asked for my name (Jose) and after I told her my name, she abruptly hung up the phone, and not only that, she did it quite loudly so that I could hear. Immediately, I called back to see if it was a mistake, but she didn't answer. Why did she do that? I really don't know, but what I do know is that another insurance company did a better job and got me the insurance I needed :)

Wow...what can I say. I have never done a review before. I am old and not interested. HOWEVER; my mortgage company ( Click and Close)has constantly screwed up my Flood Insurance. Always a fight for flood. Click and Close is completely lost on how to handle renewals. I asked ICF (Insurance company of Florida) for help. Heather and Kayla went out of there way, communicated with me thru the whole process, corrected the policy and cost, made sure C&C, the main company had all the correct info and fixed my flood policy refund and renewal with them. It could not have been corrected without them. There should be a 10 Star rating at the top for the professional attention, personal attention I received from them and the company.

Charlie was great until she left- everyone else not so much! This company dropped the ball on finding me a new policy never called me back to tell me this. Just got the letter from my Mortgage company that they forced placed me insurance because of this terrible company. @ 600 extra month!!! Called them back two days ago, left message didn't even give me the respect of a phone call. Wouldn't use this company if you paid me. Got my own policy by myself w/ Erin @ Farmers -she is the absolute best out of Boca! Skip this company!
