I had a second-floor toilet failure, and water ran for a couple of days until we came back from the weekend holiday. PuroClean came with specialized drying equipment and removed the ceiling part that was about to fall into our Living room. PuroClean dried, sanitize, and rebuild my ceiling in record time. A week later, when the insurance adjuster came to see the damage, everything was better than before because PuroClean reconstructed with better materials. I had a very pleasant experience out of an unfortunate roof leak incident. Antonio Medina, the owner, took the time to go over the process in thorough detail and was able to accommodate my schedule and have his teams on-site to remedy and repair my water-damaged ceiling. The coordination, scheduling and service was seamless and completed with the utmost professionalism. My ceiling looks brand new again! Antonio Medina and his crew first did duct cleaning and a deep cleaning at my condo in preparation for rental and then did the same at my new home. Their service and attention to detail went far beyond my expectations! Shortly after this work was done we found water damage in my new home. Antonio was patient and understanding. He and his team managed the situation and guided me as I dealt with the insurance company. Wow. Phenomenal in every way. My tenant abandoned my condo. She was up to date in payment. Refused to turn over keys until the end of the month, but turned off electricity and left three weeks before her lease was up. I ended up having a pipe between the two condo walls that burst. There was water everywhere, and end stage mold was found. What a mess. Puro Clean came on a Saturday with a mega dehumidifier. Began remediating on Sunday, and they really did their best to control the damage. The damage was huge. Antonio has spoken to me whenever needed and sometimes every day. He was incredibly patient with all of my ‘lack of knowledge’ questions, sent pictures of the major steps, and has guided me on dealing with my insurance. I am so lucky to have found them. Did I tell you he was the only one to take my call on a Saturday. I got return calls a day or two later from everyone else. Addendum: due to Covid I did not get to see in person the finished product until 6 to 7 months later. It far exceeded my expectations., and I had plenty of pictures. It was unbelievable the attention to detail. I can’t believe how perfect everything looks. I have never seen such quality work. The place actually looks better than before if you can imagine that. It was expensive to remediate, but my insurance covered most of (almost all) of it. You will never find harder working, more honest people. And a pleasure to deal with.

I called Puroclean of Wellington when I discovered mold in my home. Mr. Medina was very knowledgeable on the phone and when he arrived assured me that his company was going to take care of everything at a reasonable price. Mr Medina was very patient with me and answered every question and concern I had. I am very satisfied with Puroclean of Wellington and would highly recommend this company.
