I use Empire Pest Defense because they customize solutions for the home. They work with me to take care of potential problems through inspections and use pesticides sparingly and apply the solutions where needed. In this way I am able to maintain my butterfly garden but also get rid of the spiders that infest the inside of the structure covering my pool. I can enjoy my home without widespread exposure to insecticide and still know that my home is clear of pests. Good people to work with, very responsive and pleasant

There is nothing better than than a complete thorough follow up. Before each visit you get an email appointment reminder with a head shot of technician that will be coming to see you. After the visit you get a similar email with invoice of work that was performed, recommendations of any other treatments that my be needed etc. My previous pest and lawn service would send me a bill which I always questioned if they even came... Empire Pest has it figured out and I love the way they do business

We've been using Empire Pest since 2016. Zero complaints! They are responsive and have awesome customer service. They come around quarterly and always give a heads up via text about when they will be coming next. It's great to have a reliable company that we can count on.
