I have been seeing Dr Gincy At the Wellington location, and she is amazing. She takes the necessary time to answer any questions or concerns . They run on time and if they didnt its a medical office some people take longer then others its understandable.

The rudest staff you will ever encounter, with the new signs at the door asking you to call and wait for them to open the doors. They dont answer the phones even though there are 4 of them looking at you they will make you stand in the heat. Also if you have an appointment and the walk in clinic is short staffed the doctors will go to the walk in clinic in the building behind and they will tell you to go there and charge you the additional money. They do not get back to you so plan on spending a lot of follow up time. Doctor is nice but when the staff is so incredibly inefficient and incredibly rude who would wast time on their healthcare in system that gives so little regard to personal care!

Dr. Jose always takes plenty of time to find out what my concerns are and how to address them. I used to dread going to the doctor and after choosing this practice I have never felt uncomfortable or rushed. Thank you for caring about your patients!
