This body shop will personally tell you that they are Not qualified to work on your vehicle. Literally go inside and speak to the owner/manager. If you aren’t an insurance job or are an in knowledgeable person then this is literally your worst nightmare. These guys took in my vehicle after multiple phone calls of them saying yes of course this is cake work. 3 weeks went by with 0 phone calls, finally I ask what’s going on and I’m told that they aren’t qualified, don’t have the materials and especially don’t have any employees capable of doing what would be considered a “quality” job. My car was scratched and covered in over spray and molested on the inside basically between hand prints over spray and dirt. Ask the owner or ANY employee if you think they’re qualified to do anything besides piss in a bucket and I guarantee you anything that they would agree. One guy said they weren’t even qualified to wash the cars. How these guys have so many high ratings blows my mind and is beyond me, I’ll have to do more background on places to avoid an additional nightmare like this.

I have yet to receive my car after two delays for minor repairs to the bumper panel. The latest delay came after I was told to pick it up and pay on Friday afternoon. I was informed after I arrived at the shop that sorry,m vehicle was not fully repainted and must be kept over the weekend because they close Saturday and Sunday. Come back noon Monday! Now I must rent a car if my family's travel plans are realized. I can only hope the repairs will be satisfactory and not have to deal with still another delay. They shouldn't make promises they can't keep.
