Aza Health

They tell you you must call at 8am for an appointment. You call at 8am on the dot for them to tell you they have no appointments available. How can that be? Management of all AZA facilities are the same. Is that why they go thru physicians like water over a dam? The place is a joke Do not go here, especially Welaka or Crescent City as I believe they are a danger to public health! This has been a No Star Rating!

The staff was very nice and efficient! The Dr herself was very kind, included the kids and made them laugh during their visit. We were in and out quickly which was such a nice change. We went back for a second visit and got the same treatment which was a blessing! :) My new primary office.

I have been using this facility for three years and at first it was only routine visits. Very convenient in this small town. Since then I have had some serious health conditions and have had very good treatment as a primary health provider. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Dr Lidya always takes the time to go through my issues and go over my medical concerns. I feel very confident in my care here.

A family member had a visit that I attended with her as I am her caretaker. I have to start by saying the chairs in the waiting room are terrible. If you have any size to you at all, which Americans are getting larger by the year, you have a hard time fitting in a seat. A couple of patients were not even able to sit and had to stand with obvious health issues. The young woman who greets you at the window is rude and will stop serving you to carry on other conversations. I have noticed her rudeness each time I have went to this office. It isn't all bad though. I will say the office is clean and orderly. Dee is a pleasure and should be an example in how to speak to patients. I also like Dr. Lataban, she seems very thorough. If they could just fix the seating and the young woman at the from window could adjust her attitude it would be a joy to go to the dr, as much of a joy as can be had considering it is a doctor's office.

There aren’t enough words, love Azalea Health in Welaka. Dr. Lydia is so kind and compassionate towards her patients. Takes time to listen to you and answer any questions you may have. And the ladies that work there, Dee and Maria are also the best. So if you are looking for great healthcare locally then look no further. Great staff and Doctor right here!
