Nelsons Uhaul deserves an excellent review! I mistakenly gave them a not so good review at the Uhaul website. I was upset with Uhaul from the city we rented the trailer from & we had 2 flat tires. I misunderstood Nelsons policy for returning trailers & there was absolutely no problem with Nelsons I apologize for being so quick to judge this company. I would definitely use them again I talked with the manager personally & they have excellent customer service.

Super nice people, they helped me out when they didnt have to and that shows. Definitely recommend these guys here

Very poor service. Would never recommend this dealer. Specifically scheduled a pick up time 2-3pm. We waited until after 3 and no one showed. We left and went to another dealer. Nelsons called us about 4:30 or 5:30pm. By this time it was too late and we rented from a better UHaul neighborhood dealer.

Nelsons Uhaul deserves an excellent review! I mistakenly gave them a not so good review at the Uhaul website. I was upset with Uhaul from the city we rented the trailer from & we had 2 flat tires.
