        Even though I'm pretty sure Chuck knew it'd be the next day to repair, he got in his truck & came out after 7 pm as it was 90 degrees when I got home from a 9 week trip (& 3 days driving.....). Lennox stone-walled about the part ("needs to be ordered.... 3 days or so") Chuck got a part & got my ac working first thing the next morning. I had a choice of waiting for the "warranty part" but truly appreciated the option to get the ac on & fight Lennox later! Professional, caring, and gets the job done. HIGHLY Recommend!
