It was different and I learned that one of my past lives lived a very interesting life while making sacrifices to make sure her family was in the best possible position.         I was very nervous before my first consultation session with Jazmin, but was immediately put to easy by her calming nature and strong knowledge in the field. Jazmin takes the time to get to know you as a person, actually LISTENS to you, and does not rush you at all throughout the session. She does this so that she determines the best course of action to ensure your hypnotherapy is EFFECTIVE and successful. I was quickly put into a trance state and was very surprised since I was always convinced I could not be hypnotized as a deaf person. SHE WILL MAKE ACCOMMODATIONS! The sessions with her have had a lasting impact on how I approach life - before I was a nervous little bird. She was able to help activate that switch for me to allow myself to feel more in control with how I felt and approach situations. If you're on the fence, just take one session with her - you will not regret it!

        Life is busy and at times, stressful. Post pandemic everything takes more time, or we have less time! We make excuses and we rationalize having no time for ourselves. Jazmin has offered me time, space, permission! Time for me to settle down and take TIME....
