        I have been trying to reach the office to find out why the nurse never sent my referral for an MRI for my knee for insurance approval. Every time I call the office there is a ludicrous wait time. Today I was 28th in line. Last week it was the same story every day. How is this acceptable ? Hire more people maybe?? I left a message with the ethics department and really dont expect a call back from them either. This is insane.

        Amy Perez isn't someone I'd advise anyone else to trust. I'm going to go back to seeing my psychiatrist of 28 years in order to be treated for my actual condition.
