Vero Cosmetic Surgery and MediSpa - Bailor MD - Frazier MD

After an initial consultation and Botox treatment with which I was extremely pleased, I returned for an IPL procedure. I was disappointed with what appeared to be minimal results and requested an appointment with Dr. Bailor to review and discuss. She agreed to schedule a touch-up appointment and then spent considerable time discussing additional treatments for me to undertake. I called three times to schedule the touch-up appointment, but have now been told the Vero Beach office is closing and my only option is to drive to an office opening at some indeterminate point in time at a location 90 minutes from my home.

Initial consultation was very good. Dr Bailor appeared professional and knowledgeable. However, I was charged an inflated price for a service that was incomplete. Dr Bailor agreed to retreat me at no additional charge, but when I returned for my second appointment (a two hour drive one way from my home) they tried to charge me and when I reminded them of our discussion, they asked if I planned to return for any additional treatments and I didn’t believe I’d need another as long as it was treated correctly this time so my answer was, no I don’t believe I’ll need to. After a one hour preparation for my treatment, they refused to treat me, claiming their machine had malfunctioned. Dr Bailor never came to speak to me or apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused me. This is a dishonest practice.
