As a business owner in the construction field, I have known Wayne St. Pierre for over 20 years and have done business with him for most of that time. Wayne is known as a "contractor's contractor". He has extensive knowledge on all aspects of the construction industry, including a comprehensive understanding of product specifications and requirements of the latest Florida Building Codes. I have benefited numerous times from his knowledge, and I have passed his contact information on to other contractors who have needed input on materials or installation. He seems to always be willing to share his knowledge with me and those I refer to him, and he is known for being available, even late at night and on weekends, for product information requests. Wayne has high expectations and always looks for the best quality and service from his subcontractors, but he balances his high expectations with fairness. He is one of the most fair and honest contractors I know.
