Dependable Mitsubishi

I had a great experience in 2017, followed by a very horrible experience earlier this year 2021. Bethany, who is no longer with them, in 2017 helped me find a great used car, and it was a great, professional, very pleasant experience. In 2021 I once again stopped by to pursue other used cars and had a very different experience. Jermaine Bell, as the used car sales manager, and Todd Clarke, as a used car salesman, were very rude and unprofessional. Case in point... During the process of running the numbers, getting with their various lenders/banks, Jermaine after one attempt at finding the right lender for me, refused to continue the process in trying to get the numbers closer to what fit for my needs and basically said, actually literally said, "It is what it is, It's too much work for me to go back in their and talk with them again if you're not even sure you want to buy. It's too much work, it's just too much work." I was extremely surprised at him saying this to a customer in a car buying process, very unprofessional and rude for a sales manager to act this way. And Todd Clarke, during the test drive actually told me to turn down the AC man, I'm getting cold. Again, very unprofessional and a bad way to act if you're trying to allow the customer to get a feel for the vehicle and be comfortable while test driving it. These guys were unprofessional and arrogant. Needless to say I didn't get a deal that day, and will probably never work with this Mitsubishi dealership again!! Remember the names Jermaine Bell and Todd Clarke!!! Don't work with them!!!

Horrible repair shop that will tell you they can fix your car and then take it to another mechanic after they've already messed something up. And then return it to you and say they didn't cause the new problems and it was already like that. This has been my experience. Anything other than an oil change and these people are incompetent.
