Alan is the most honest person. He asked me questions about my appliances and was spot on with his diagnosis. Told me what to look for and what sounds it was making. I repaired my washer with his help step by step instructions. Truly a honest experienced man.. I definitely will call him if I need his help!!! With a few screws removed and pictures I sent him He told me exactly what to do and what was wrong with my refrigerator while he was between another client. Truly awsome!!!!!
