        Don was the best. He was so accommodating. He sent me home with a loaner so I didn't have to sleep on an old mattress until the new ones came in. Great customer service and best prices in Venice FL.

        worst customer service ever. a day late on delivery after waiting all day and no show. two years later mattress is sagging. stopped in the store and was told they would be here on Monday to check. Waited all day no show and no call. wasted my whole day. BS

        We purchased our mattress and had delay in delivery due to Hurricane from where Maytress was being shipped.  Plus owner was sick.  But the owner got in touch with us and is making it all right.  Delivery to occur today.  Great prices.
