Billing Department is incompetent and that is putting it nicely. They improperly billed my 2 insurance companies and then kept sending me bills. They even tried to send me to a collection agency for their incompetence. After I went round and around went them, they still tried to say I owed my co-pay which I went back to my bank statements and low and behold I paid my co-pay as I told them. They again did not apply my co-pays properly. After everything was said and done, I did not owe them anything but it was sadly their own incompetence and failure to properly bill my insurance companies and properly apply my co-pays. However, Dr. Qasi is amazing and I have been seeing her for 7 years now. The Billing Department need to get it together.

Front staff was on the ball - easy scheduling, and never any subsequent payments that pop up because of insurance screw ups. Great practice.

Was only Dr's office that understood that I would have insurance at time of appointment but being new to area didnt have yet and still made me an appointment. Dr. Irshad made me feel comfortable and explained things so I could understand, wait time was reasonable, staff was good...
