One Price Dry Cleaning and Laundry

As many have noted Seville cleaners -was- a great dry cleaner with fast and friendly service. As of 2022 however they are more akin to something out of a dystopian nightmare. Don't expect to have your clothes cleaned on time but do expect the staff to be rude and uncaring about your plight. Need your items on the delivery date because you have a black tie event? Sorry about your luck. I've have had better customer service experiences getting pulled over by the highway patrol. If Seville cleaners was the last dry cleaner on earth I would wear my dry clean only clothes until they were unacceptably dirty then I would burn them and buy a new set before I would return to this nightmare pit of a store. They don't even dry clean the clothes themselves anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the 20 other Dry Cleaners in the area.. you will be better off.

This place has really gone down hill.. I am not sure who bought them but the past 4-5 times I go in there it is a mess. They can't get things back when promised ( or by the sign that promises back in the afternoon), they forget the items and the condition of the outside of the building and inside looks like they are going out of business. You lost another customer.

The cleaners were fast. I dropped my order off one afternoon and it was completed the next day. They were pressed properly and, FAR cheaper than any other cleaner nearby. I will use them in the future exclusively.

Looking for another dry cleaners after calling them multiple times and phone line being picked up and hang up I guess I will continue my searches and thank you for the reviews and help for the reviews it helped a lot on a decision where I bring my husband's laundry to Seville cleaners you just lost a $200 order because of the lack of customer service kills.
