Timberman Roofing

Timberman Roofing was one of the worst choices I have made in choosing a professional company. This was a terrible experience that has cause my family and I an incredible amount of stress and grief. First off, the roofers knew that my pregnant wife and 18 month old son were home. My wife is on the verge of giving birth. She understood that this process would be loud, but she did NOT expect nails and debris falling through the skylights while she was in the bathroom. This was absolutely not mentioned to her. Both bathrooms were absolutely trashed after the skylights were replaced. Rusty nails, dirt, and debris were everywhere. They also drove nails through the drywall when installing one of the skylights. Here comes the kicker While replacing my roof, they drove a nail through the coolant line of my AC. My AC was out for a few days, and I had figured it just froze up. I turned it off for a day or so, and it wouldnt cool the house after turning it back on. Even in December, Florida can still be very hot and muggy. This is definitely not good for a pregnant woman and a baby. I called an AC repairman who came out and immediately asked if weve had the roof replaced. He said a fresh nail had been driven into the coolant line and that we would need to run a brand new line, which can cost a pretty penny. I then had my realtor bring out someone from Timberman Roofing who ADMITTED they had screwed up. He then gets on the phone with his boss and just ups and leaves without saying a word to my realtor or wife who were home. We then wait until Monday to hear that they are not willing to pay for the damages. I was given excuses such as the AC is not in code or we can agree to disagree and we need to go after the inspectors and finally any roofer wouldve done that. This is what I was told. My home has been inspected multiple times by multiple different companies in the past 2 years. We are on the verge of closing and we plan to pay Timberman Roofing this Friday. I need to get my wife and son into the new house before she gives birth. There were no apologies about anything from Timberman. I only plan to pay them because I must to get into my new home. But further actions are being made to correct the mistakes this company has made. I cant believe they would rather exacerbate things than fix their mistake. This has been a terrible experience for my family and I. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. I am absolutely blown away by how unprofessional and irresponsible this company is. Do yourself a favor and pick a company that will not cause you and your family to go through this. Service: Roof installation

The whole process was smooth start to finish. Logan showed up on time and his professionalism was unmatched in comparison to the 3 other companies that gave us quotes. We got the quote the very next day after the appointment, and Logan worked with us on price after we showed him another quote we received. The roof install took 1 day!! The entire Timberman team was so pleasant to work with. The office ladies were very kind and helpful the entire process as well. I recommend Timberman Roofing for any and all your roofing needs!!
