I called and needed some help getting my opener to work and they actually not only returned my call but they scheduled an appointment with Shannon, I had one tech come over ( forgot his name) and straighten up what I had done but then I got my fingers in it again and they had to send a tech (John) back out the next day, these guys actually showed up and were prompt and called prior to arrival> I was very impressed and if I ever need help again they will be the first ones i will call Service: Garage door consultation

Gulf Coast Shutter from the owners on down to the installers were very friendly and professional at he same time. The owners gave me many helpful tips without being pushy. They explained all my options and then came out and gave me a complete walk through and had me a detailed estimate the very next day. They kept in contact with me to get me scheduled asap. The two garage door installers, Ron and Jacob S., were on time and very prepared. They were friendly and did a great professional job. Door is very quiet and operates unbelievably smooth.
