I highly recommend Ameripartment as I have interacted with the owner on several occasions, and he has always been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in this industry.

Went to look at this complex and it was absolutely disgusting, if the outside of the units looks this horrendous, i would hate to see the inside of the units, even current tennants told me to avoid this place like the plague, WILL NEVER CONSIDER THESE APARTMENT

Rented an apartment at 500 Kelly Mill Rd in Valparaiso and the place was peaceful and quiet. However, the managers who are a couple that managed the complex are two evil people. After I left the apartment I cleaned everything but the apartment was an old outdated unit so nothing was in perfect condition. The managers still wanted me to pay them $550 for paint and damages that never happened due to the condition of the apartment been already old and outdated. They expected me to pay them so they could update their units from my money. I was like nope! They can charge me all they want I will not pay for things I didn't do or for things that were already damaged and reported as such in the move-in checklist. They are two sneaky people be aware of those two.
