The service department is a little slow, in spite of my being on time for my appointments. Nonetheless, Casey, my service advisor is very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to ensure he always answers my questions thoroughly. When I get out of the bay, I never have any worries.

Dealership is a joke Carmen has no respect for the client I specifically said I was coming to test drive a giulia so that I can see what it's like to drive that body style since I am more accustomed to the bigger body sedan drove all the way there for no reason. Im interested in building a quadro for myself. I know that the more expensive cars are unable to test which I understand. She said that she didn't want to waist her time since I wasn't going to be purchasing that car. When I left I told the front desk person that she just lost business within 5 minutes I was extremely disappointed especially because the ram dealership right next door showed much more hospitality. She has my name and number I hope your dealership takes this into consideration for future clients. I will be taking my business to the Orlando location it is much more elegant and even offered to pull a giulia off the showroom floor so that I could drive it. Also they have basically double the inventory.
