This is an unlicensed company. Beware i will file report with DBPR. When a company tells its not necessary to obtain permits thats because they cant and have no means to apply for permits. Aalways hire LICENSED PROFESSIONALS. I My condo complex requires a permit for a water heater replacement along with expansion tank required by code and they said that its not needed also asked Orange county they said its mandatory to file permit for water heater.

They arrived late and wore no masks. Dressed very sloppy. Used an old style plug to unclog my 2nd bath room toilet and kitchen sink. The next day the sink started to back up and the toilet didn't flush properly. They were sent out by Choice Home Warranty home repair company. I have reported them to Choice Home Warranty.

BEWARE! Do NOT use this company! They are extremely rude and provide terrible customer service. They arrive in an unmarked, white van that is falling apart and do not hand you any identification. When it is time to collect the service fee they tell you they only accept cash. Sketchy. They were several hours late and very unprofessional. I would definitely do your research and look elsewhere for services.
