HCA Florida Trinity Hospital

We were here on April 8 for an outpatient visit and very impressed with the staff from the moment we walked in the door to the time we discharged. Both Michele and Cheryl in the Transfusion Medicine department took excellent care of us, showed professionalism, caring attitude and attention to detail, we couldn't have asked for a better care team. The facility is very clean, efficient and organized, almost no wait time at all.

Dr.Washington and Dr.Palavi (I think its spelled this way) were amazing. I really have never experienced such great care and comfort before. I hope life offers them nothing but great things

A shout out to 4th floor west this weekend. Specifically Katie and Gregory who cared for our mother. Thank you for going the extra mile to care for our mom. You did an amazing job!

Me & my roommate went here because she was having a severe panic attack. We were put in the hallway, which is fine. Then they messed up her iv in the arm so they put one in her hand (she was already complaining about her hands being in pain). Then when she was expressing how bad she was hurting the nurse YELLED at her. The staff made her out to be a big inconvenience for them and didnt take her serious. Her mental state was already fragile and they made everything so much worse. Had them take the iv out and we left, didnt sign consent forms or anything. I felt VERY unwelcome here.

BEWARE if being seen in the emergency room and you have private insurance and don't have co-pay or medicaid/medicare insurance. Was only able to see a nurse practitioner not an ER doctor, drew lab work, and got an xray. They billed for over 36,000.00 I've started gathering all needed for appeals process with the hospital but clearly there is something very wrong with our health care system.
