        The Laughing Chicken Farm is well worth the visit or planning ahead to get their products at the Alachua farmers market. Been in business since 2009, all products are fresh, locally loved, and organic which includes eggs, chickens, turkey, pork and lamb. If you are fortunate to visit the farm, you'll find all their future products walking around and having a grand 'ole time (except the eggs, duh). Meeting with Robin Popp was not just a shopping experience but very informative as they do everything inhouse and can take you through all the steps. That chicken you saw in the morning may be the same one you'll find refrigerated later that day. Awesome experience and their prices are reasonable. -When at all possible I love supporting local businesses and finding a gem like this one makes it all worth while. I will definitely be back!
