Blu Landscaping provided quality work at a fair price. They listened to my concerns and handle any problems very quickly. I definitely will be using them again.

Shameful. That's the best word I can use describe the service I received from Blu Landscaping. The owner built castles in the sky when I gave him a down payment for half of the estimated cost for the landscaping project. I was rewarded with haphazard and unreliable service, poor communication and a series of failed commitments for completion of the most basic tasks. I ultimately had to fire him, more than a month after hearing one excuse or another (or no excuse at all) as to why there had been no substantial progress with the landscaping. I would avoid Blu Landscaping like the plague. There must be a reason you won't find listings for Blu Landscaping on Angie's List or Home Advisor. Need I say more?

We are only giving this company a star because we have to give a rating to post a review. Our true review would be ZERO stars. We have read many of the good and bad reviews on James Rester, Jr. and Blu Landscaping LLC. We have read the reviews on Google, Bing, BBB, Ripoff Report, etc. This man is very bad business. We did 2 jobs for him over 3 years ago. After numerous calls that he didn't answer, we finally called from another number and he answered. After some struggle, we finally got a check for the first job...….which was NO GOOD. We continued to try to rectify the check situation and continued to get a run around and he continued ignoring our calls. Now, over 3 years later, we have still not been compensated for our work and the check that bounced is going against our credit. PLEASE do your research on this company before giving him ANY money. Many of the reviews are about him taking large deposits and NEVER showing to do the work. BEWARE!!!!!!

James with Blu Landscaping and his employees did an excellent job designing and landscaping our yard. They were always on time and went above and beyond my expectations. Everything from weeding to installation of new plants, pavers, shell, and irrigation. My yard looks amazing! He is reasonably priced, honest, and dependable . I would highly recommend his company to everyone.

We called James after 2 other landscapers didn't show up. He took out all the old grass and installed a new sprinkler system for us and landscaped with crushed shells. Crew was punctual and job completed on time. Place looks great. We had a leak about 6 months later and James arrived in no time and corrected ( had some bad glue that caused pipe leak). Since then ,we called him again because city had turned off reclaimed water with out telling us- ( nothing to do with Blu Landscaping) but James came out after water was back on and evaluated our system and replaced a cracked sprinkler head for us. Always pleasant and followed through with all he said he would do. Thx James
