I am writing the review as I am sitting at the place. I am reading the previous reviews and I am surprised. The place is maybe going under some modification but in general neat; women's restroom is clean and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly happy with the food we ordered and price was reasonable. I ordered tuna sandwich, my husband got special Cuban and my son got turkey. We were happy with the dudes too.

Really tasty subs in a really american environment. I loved the BLT with wrap tomato basilic. Not so much the pasta salad. Prefer the fruits. They were great (melon, grappe and orange)

I used to go here twice a month and really enjoyed it.... despite the pretty-good-food attitude I've always been disturbed by how filthy the men's bathroom is. They seriously have had a broken urinal in there for like 20 years and the sink is all jacked up because some Titusville pot-head took the screen out 20 years ago and they still haven't fixed it... and it smells. Despite that, the food prices used to be great, portions big, and you got pretty good food! Suddenly though, I show up and the prices have gone up. Something that was $8 is now $12. That's a 67% increase and honestly I'd pay it if the aforementioned issues were fixed... but the they weren't and in fact the food suddenly tasted a bit more microwave re-heated than usual... then the place got shuttered by the health department. Go read it on the Health Dept's website; it's quite disturbing. I feel bad for the nice folks that work there but this place is a real dump now.
