    It seems impossible to get someone to pick up when you call the OB/GYN department. I've tried dozens of times over the past year and it just rings endlessly then disconnects. This is even if you're transferred to this department from another area within the building. I never could get an appointment by calling. Eventually, they called me after a referral was sent from my doctor.

    This hospital is top notch with patient care. From the ER, to surgery, to the patients recovery. Every single person was on point and very helpful and caring. I was having a very scary emergency surgery but sense the team cared so much and was very professional it made it less scary and I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Dr. Navas, Dr. Sidky, and everyone else involved. I will not forget your compassion.

    My husband and I use this facility. We have always had good service for labs, ultrasounds, xrays and my mammograms. Our only complaint would be the privacy at the check in desk. The lobby is a captive audience and can hear those checking in. Suggest a small partician on the left side on the desk to offer more privacy. Thank you to Charlene who gathers your insurance information and the lady who does the blood draws. They are always pleasant to work with.

    I visited the ER after experiencing severe abdominal pain. Grateful for the staff members who assisted once I was admitted and helped me throughout my diagnosis. In addition, I was prescribed several medications before being released from the ER and I appreciated the detailed explanation of all. I remained on bed rest for a week following and was able to phone the hospital several times with questions. Thank you!

    I love the OBs here, theyre all great. BUT the new girls at the front desk are flat-out horrible. Cant even look up and acknowledge you to see who you are, ask you if your information has changed EVERY time you come which is very annoying when I have already checked-in online and verified the info AND I come weekly now for my prenatal visits so why would my phone number, address, insurance change without me updating it No personality, not friendly or welcoming, & when you call you get left on hold forever. When trying to schedule follow-ups, I have been told my doctor wasnt working, then gone to my appt with another doctor to see my doctor is actually there (as my doctor said she would be). Alyssa back in the day, and Genesis more recently were a million times better. The new phone system is bad too, press 1 if youre a new or existing patient, press 2 to schedule an appointment I dont see a difference in those, and neither gets me where I need to be in OB- just family medicine??? Makes the whole practice look bad, but like I said the doctors there are great. Also, regarding Tituslanding imaging- When I went for my 2nd ultrasound I brought my 3 year old daughter as she was interested and excited to see the baby, my daughter is very well behaved and watched Disney on my phone the majority of the time anyway, but the tech (who had previously told me she does not have children) was more concerned with what my daughter was doing, making sure she didnt leave her seat the whole time, asking me if I had anyone that could come get her.. no. I dont want anyone to come get her, my husband was at work so I was already pretty much alone and she wanted to be there and was not getting into any trouble, running around or bothering anyone. By the time someone couldve picked her up my ultrasound wouldve been over anyway... dumb!
