Their business card says "Repairs done at your Convenience" but this is furthest from reality. After calling about a broken water valve on a Friday. Saturday morning I called for a time he would arrive today and was told he'll call me in an hour.
Monday I called again and was, again, told he'd be there. That was 2 weeks ago. He's hasn't shown up or called, so I notified the office.
Number 1 in any business is meeting customer expectations. Do what you said you'll do and don't, under any circumstances, hang your customer out to dry.
