The name is deceptive! Definitely not The Villages " BEST" Florist.  In my opinion, they may be the "WORST". A $100 arrangement looked like a $15 arrangement. When asked why it looked nothing like what was ordered the response was that their contract permitted substitutions.  Buyer beware. Bait and switch with inferior supplies. False advertising to say the least. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to post on line.

This has got to be one of the worst florist in the world. Their stuff looks like a first grade project...I received 2 items from them, look nothing like the flowers pictured, sender has asked Flowers.com for a refund.  I sent an arrangement and looks nothing like the design...it is a Flowers.com arrangement-that tells you exactly what do to. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, they also deliver from a trunk of a car, which means orders are in the heat.

See my pictures? I ordered this for my parents-paid the extra to upsize, and what came looks like a tacky nursing home arrangement. Mom was gracious in her thanks to me but come on! It's so scanty on the flower quantity and the greenery is completely different. I wanted something modern and lovely to celebrate the closing on their new home. This is embarrassing.

I was so sad that I could not be with my mom to celebrate her birthday so I decided to send her flowers....I wish I didn't and saved the money. I can write a review that you probably won't read, or i can just post pics and you'll see for yourself. Here is what I ordered vs what my mother received for $60. Absolutely horrible arrangement for the amount of money spent and for what was advertised.
