        Called on a Thursday to get a quote. On one of the properties I manage. Lady on the phone said she will scheduled me in for the following Tuesday. Made time so that I can be there for when they show up but never showed up at all. I had to be the one to call at 4 to see if someone is still coming out and she said that someone has to go out there and look at it....... I know that was the purpose of the call on Thursday...... what a lack of respect for peoples time.
