Rooms arent bad but the location is horrible, staff is horrible, no beach access at all. They will tell you you can have boats and jetski there until you book the room. Once they have your money and you cant get a refund they will send you the details about no boat or jetskis. They refused to give us a refund at all. But when you get there security will not let you through the gate with either. Boat parking is taken already and jetskis are prohibited every where on the keys there. No ramp access at all. They re prohibited from the property altogether. We got there at midnight and were told we could not even come in the property. The Marina will not even sell you gas. For boating and pwc access and no hassles. You should consider skipping this whole section of the keys. Especially ocean pointe suites. Good luck. Beautiful condos, nice pool and hot tub, nice pier, nice beach for relaxing, not so much for swimming. Would highly recommend!!!

Ask about the cursed pirate ship off the coast. YOU WILL FIND THE TREASURE OF THE DAMNED ON BOARD
