I needed an inspection due to recent home improvements. Chris called and scheduled a date very quickly. He was very thorough and asked lots of questions and recommended an additional inspection service (not pushy at all). I called my insurance agent and sure enough, I needed the additional inspection for maximum insurance discount. Doing them both at the same time save me time and money. I asked numerous questions during the inspection and he answered them all. I definitely recommend them and will call Chris again should another.
