I'm John ippolito president of Country Club 3 in East Lake Woodlands an Ken Avery painted our buildings ten years ago and we hired him to do it again, he has been unbelievable helpful, very professional, he well go way beyond anyting that a company could do , we got an excellent paint job and now partnering with Ken to painting our carport, I would recommend him for any commercial job, he show's up on time, clean ups when they leave, are very quiet ,they leave everything in perfect condition, hire the best and you won't have any problems ,I give Ken Avery 5 stars👍

Bad painting, and Bad customer service

Our HOA decided to use Avery Painting. We are a small community and they painted our property 5 years prior. They started the project last year and there were still there in March 2019. This was to pressure wash, repair/replace wood and paint. This project has been a NIGHTMARE. This company is HORRIBLE. The pressure wash caused more harm and they used wood patch in the larger areas instead of replacing the wood. Now, there’s crack in those areas. Their work quality is awful, not to mention they will use your water and electric when you are not home. When I asked their worker about it he told me he didn’t know anyone lived there. As if it’s ok to use home owner’s utilities without permission. Their workers are rude and unprofessional. Once, you call their office all you’ll get is the run around. If your HOA recommend them, please make sure you fight against it. Most of the work is hideous. I even got some touch up paint to do the minor touchup. I called their office plus spoke to their onsite staffs on several occasions trying to solve some of the problems. They’ve made excuse after excuse even after I tagged some of the mistakes. Other home owners mentioned having the same problems and taking off work to address some of the same issues. They’ve had to redo some of the same areas several times on several of the other properties. They shift blame on their onsite workers and high turnover. They request setting an appointment with the carpenter who will report back to them and they will get back with me. This meeting was set for March 1st. I have not heard anything from the March 1st, 2019 meeting. The pictures below are from my property after their painted. As you can see from the pictures below their work quality is poor. I am DISAPPOINTED with the results.
