Garbage staff. Do not listen to what you need. Say that will call back and never do. You have to chase them to get even small things done. Stay away please. Not worth your time and business. Clueless.

Bad customer services experience starting with Allstate follow by a representative on site that was not listening and did not care about my situation not being assigned to a new agent and ending with the receptionist that provided me with false information indicating to call Federated National to talk to them. So, between Fed Nat and Korkis Allstate insurance bouncing back and forth to answer a simple question that now Fed Nat wants to drop me and not renew home owners insurance for this year 2020 in July supposedly due to claim history. I only file one claim and the 2nd one was the Fed Nat indicating to file a claim to see if it's approve, which all I wanted was an answer from my agent which by the way I no longer have one because she no longer works in the Korkis location, which this was NEVER communicated to me nor I was told that a new agent will be assigned to me, but yet I was still receiving a bill and statement to renew my home owner insurance with me. They are quick to send you a letter requesting renewal and payment but NOT quick to assigned you a new agent. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I talked to a male agent in that place and told him of another situation I had, he indicated you need to talk to your agent, which I told that's the problem I do not have one, now keep mind I told him I had no agent at the beginning of the conversation it is clear he was not listening to me. Send an online request to Allstate and they indicated they can not help with my request but to call Fed Nat. What ever happen with taking ownership and helping your customer? It is obviously this place and this company do not care!!!

could not have received worse service in trying to renew home policy. Called spoke to agent and stated would get back to me. Never did, even after call 2x. Will look elsewhere and would advise the same!
