SOS Maids

Contracted SOS Maids for cleaning at my AirBnB property. The first couple of cleanings went fine and I did not have any issues. That was short lived. I communicated my reservation calendar on a regular basis and received a text to confirm each reservation. On three separate occasions within a one month period, I was left hanging as my guests arrived and my property was not cleaned. When I contacted SOS Maids, I received a return call the first two times but was informed it was after hours, they are closed on Sundays so they couldn't rectify the situation until Monday. Really!!!! The third time I never even received a call back. I know.....I should have learned after the first no show. With the cancelled reservation and increased cleaning costs that I needed to pay someone else so my guests could stay, I lost over $1000 in that month. They may be OK to use for a monthly cleaning so you can double check their work but not for a vacation rental. Was very disappointed. Service: Standard clean
