I did some purchases at Chico's @Tampa store for firt time and I was very impressed of the friendly atmosphere and excellent services I received. I was attending by the sale associate called Mimi which went out of her to fond what I was looking for. I'm definitely will shop @Chicos for now on. Ty Mimi for your great service!

The only reason I give this place a one star is because I had to to be allowed to comment, Yes they have beautiful clothes, but zero respect to people, I am a calm person , but this blonde old short hair lady that works their was so rude to me and my family and she really made me want to leave this place right now !!!!! Please don't work at customer service unless you know how to deal with people and respect them, instead of screaming at them and saying ugly words to them

Store that had it's beginning in Fla I would think they would have more "Florida" appropriate weight clothing. However I did but a great pair is winter white slacks that are awesome! Staff is so attentive and the shopping experience was delightful!
