Kauffman Tire (Old Tampa Location)

I can see I'm not the first to have a disappointing experience with this company. Some of the phone people are VERY RUDE and they DO NOT return calls when they say they would. Not sure how they think this is a good way to do business????

Kauffman tire in tampa on 2nd st has got to be the slowest i have ever dealt with when it comes to unloading. If they would have talked less and worked harder i wouldnt had been in the dock so long. As for other drivers going and getting unloaded better not expect to be in a hurry took them 2.5 hrs to have the dock ready and then another almost 9 hrs to unload. Even the Orlando team was faster then this place.

What a freaking JOKE of a business. 4 hours getting unloaded, no problem, industry standard. But...BUT, another 4 1/2 to count the tires. You count it while putting it away, smh.. I will never come here again. By the way, Kauffman Tire, your competitor TireRack, will unload 1200 - 1000 tires in one hour.
