Literally the worst company I've ever worked with. Came out to look at some water damage in my house, before doing any work I said I wanted to wait to see if my insurance would cover it. The guy said that's fine he's going to put fans in to start drying the wall, as an incentive for me to use them when we start the job, THEY WONT CHARGE ME ANYTHING until we find out if insurance is covering it. I even tipped the guy $40 because I thought he was doing me a favor. After a few days he takes the fans out..They find out the insurance isn't covering the job, so they decide to charge me over $4,000.. for literally putting fans in my house that I didn't ask for. Worse company ever, DON'T SIGN ANYTHING with them.

Elijah Ulrich was our technician. He was friendly, professional and informative. He guided us through the water/mold remediation part of our claim. He made the process very easy for us, and made sure we understood every step.

Do you have a leak in your home which resulted in water damage and maybe mold? If so, I would advise that you call United Water Restoration Group immediately. I had a water line break in my home and after fixing the problem United Water Restoration was at my home within 30 minutes after I contacted them. Nate was the first employee to show up. He was extremely courteous, professional, and sympathetic to my huge problem.
As the weeks went by during the drying out process and mold removal United Water Restoration continued in this professional and courteous manner. I would ask that they provide me updates of the water mediation progress at the end of each day. Nate as well as Zach complied with my request and the phone conversations were always pleasant and again very sympathetic to my plight.
This service did not stop with the water the Technicians, but the companys managerial staff was also exemplary. Melissa was my point of contact for administrative services. Through each step of coordination and billing with my insurance company Melissa was there to assist. If I ever had a question or concern Melissa would take my call and walk me through the process. If she was not there when I called, she made sure to call me back the same day, usually within the hour.
Once the mold and water damage were remediated, and United Water Restorations work was complete I noted that my fridge which had been unplugged for some time now had mold growing it. I called the company asking for recommendations on cleaning it without spreading spores through my house. Melissa gave me some tips, and had Zach call me to help clean it properly. In the end Zach actually came to my house and wiped down my fridge with an antimicrobial solution. I asked him what do I owe you? He said nothing this was complimentary, and we just wanted to help you!
