Elite Upholstery

I had 6 dining room chairs reupholstered at Elite.  The price was 30% less that several other shops ;in the Tampa area.  The work was perfect.  Lead times are very long at all these shops at the moment, but Elite was able to better the others I checked.

10/10, would highly recommend Ron & his team at Elite Upholstery. Fantastic and thorough work on a velvet bench cushion that we had made recently. Flawless! Thank you!

0 stars would be more appropriate. Apparently,  "Ron" doesn't care if he gets new work or not.  I contacted this shop, among others,  regarding an upholstery job for a wing back arm chair.  Mind you, the chair wasn't damaged at all, & was of a good brand.  Best part; it fits me perfectly, I just wasn't crazy about the fabric.  I emailed the requested photos and waited for the estimate. I received the estimate in a timely manner and was told what the labor charge would be.  Fine.  But the the email also stated it would "need 10-12 YARDS of fabric and I might be better off, if I bought a different chair."  WTH???  Who are you, to be SO CONDESCENDING  to a potential customer??  If you don't want to take a job, you can simply decline politely!  Needless to say, my chair is almost done & it required 5 YARDS of fabric.  A word of advice for you Elitist Ron: watchout. Karma is a SOB.
